Ashnil Aruba is a relatively new lodge located in Tsavo East which opened in 2008. It is located on the shore of the Aruba Dam with accommodation in either single story chalets or luxury tents. The rooms offer panoramic views across the dam and surrounding plains. The food is very good along with the service.
There are a total of 40 deluxe en-suite rooms with 8 having interconnecting doors. 4 triple rooms with one interconnecting room, 6 luxury tents and 2 rooms suited for disabled persons. Each of the rooms has a terrace to enjoy the scenery. -There is also some tented accommodation for those who want to experience a night under canvas - but there is a slight premium for the tents and unlike the rooms, an extra bed for a child or 3rd adult cannot be added.
